Most requests we get are not “send me oak veneer” — they are “match this.” A hotel group, a kitchen brand or a furniture OEM already has a colour and grain they committed to in a showroom. Our job is to reproduce it at scale, in every format they use.

How custom matching works
- Send a physical sample (a offcut, a swatch, even a photo with a colour reference). The more context, the better.
- We match the face — species, cut, colour tone and grain direction — and produce a trial sheet.
- We run it across all three formats: veneer sheet, matching edge banding, and, where needed, a faced panel. This is the part most suppliers skip, and the part that causes visible seams on a finished cabinet.
- You approve, then we batch the full order from the same matched flitch so colour stays consistent.
Why matching across formats matters
A door face and its edge banding come from different production lines in most factories, so they drift in colour. Because we slice, back and slit under one roof, we can lock the colour once and carry it through — sheet, band and panel all from the same match.
If you have a sample and a deadline, that is the easiest brief we take.
If you are specifying veneer, edge banding or panels for an upcoming project and want consistent colour and moisture across the order, send us a message or call Amanda Song on +86 138 2727 7319 (WhatsApp +852 6761 5532). We usually reply within 24 hours.
