Last month we walked through the factory gate of Guangdong Linfan Industrial Co., Ltd. in Dongguan, Guangdong. The building behind the sign is where raw logs become the rolls and sheets that finish furniture, cabinetry and interior projects around the world.
What we produce
Our production floor is organised around three core product lines:
1. Wood Veneer Wood Veneer
Natural species such as European oak, American black walnut, white ash and American cherry are sliced, dried and backed with fleece or paper. We keep thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 2.0 mm in stock and can match custom grains on request.
2. Edge Banding Edge Banding
The same veneer faces are slit and finished into edge banding rolls for PVC-free and hot-melt applications. Reconstituted grey oak, pre-finished European oak and primed white options are available for high-speed edge banding machines.
3. Wood Panels Wood Panels
We also supply melamine-faced particle board, birch plywood, MDF veneered panels and blockboard-core panels. These boards give our customers a stable substrate that already carries the right face, saving one production step at their end.
Why it matters
Having veneer slicing, edge-band slitting and panel pressing under one roof means we can control colour, moisture and lead time in one place. It also makes custom matching easier: send us a sample and we can run it across all three formats.
